🛍️ First: Return and Exchange Conditions
You can request a return or exchange of the product within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- It must be packaged in its original packaging with all accessories.
- Attach the invoice or proof of purchase
- It must not be one of the non-returnable products (listed below).
🚫 Non-returnable products
- Products that were used or damaged after receipt
- Products classified under “clearance offers” or “special order”
- Personal items that cannot be returned for health or regulatory reasons (this will be explained in the product description at the time of purchase)
🔄 How to submit a return or exchange request
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email, mentioning your order number.
- Specify the type of request: Return or Replacement
- The request will be reviewed within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, we will guide you through the shipping/delivery steps.
💰 Refund Process
- The refund process takes place after the product is received and inspected.
- The refund will be issued to the same payment method used within 5-10 business days.
- In the case of cash on delivery, bank transfer will be processed after verification.
🚚 Shipping fees
- If the reason is our fault (wrong or damaged product): we will bear all shipping costs.
- If the reason is personal (such as a change of mind): the customer bears the shipping costs.
